These Terms govern your use of bitbookify.com. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
1. About Bitbookify
Bitbookify is a directory that helps you discover salons in the Netherlands and, where available, book an appointment. Bookings are processed by the salon’s booking provider (such as bitbooking.nl) or on the salon’s own website.
2. Information from third parties
Listings are based on data from bitbooking.nl and from public sources such as OpenStreetMap. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that information (including opening hours, prices or availability) is complete, current or error-free.
3. We are not a party to appointments
Any appointment or service is an agreement between you and the salon. We are not responsible for the services provided by salons, nor for cancellations, no-shows or disputes.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, overload, disrupt, or misuse the site, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The site design, logos and original content are owned by Bitbookify. Business names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitbookify is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or from interactions with listed businesses.
7. External links
The site contains links to third-party websites which are outside our control and responsibility.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
